From March 1, 2012, Real Time Toolbox is no longer available for purchase.
As of MathWorks MATLAB® Release 2012a,
Real Time Toolbox is merged into the MathWorks product Real-Time Windows TargetTM.
Real-Time Windows Target features also Simulink Normal mode connectivity to hardware. For this mode, MATLAB Coder and Simulink Coder is not required.
Current users should be able to run their existing models, after replacing the Real Time Toolbox blocks with their equivalents from the new Real-Time Windows Target block library, in Simulink Normal mode as before.
Real-Time Windows Target offers additional features and provides a great platform for future development of original Real Time Toolbox functionality.

With the release of R2012a, a seat of Real-Time Windows Target will be *added* for every seat of Real Time Toolbox to eligible MathWorks product licenses - licenses with a current subscription to MathWorks Software Maintenance Service.
Eligible users will be able to download Real-Time Windows Target along with the rest of their licensed products.
In order to identify eligible Real Time Toolbox users and match their licenses to existing MathWorks licenses, MathWorks have notified all registered Real Time Toolbox users. Users are asked to provide their MATLAB license information using this form:
You will still be able to use your current Real Time Toolbox after the transition. HUMUSOFT will continue to provide technical support to existing Real Time Toolbox customers.
